A new wave of estate agent enters the market in north Norfolk
Norfolk Coastal (www.norfolkcoastal.com) is an independent estate agency that specialises in selling properties on the north Norfolk coast and surrounding villages.
Unlike many of its contemporaries, you won’t find a branch of Norfolk Coastal in any of the towns or villages it serves. This is because managing director Tim Day and sales and marketing manager Miranda Bramall, prefer to do things a little differently.
Tim Day explains, "The ethos of Norfolk Coastal is simple; we are a small team focused on providing a hands-on and proactive estate agency service. We differ from other estate agents in that we do not have a shop front presence. Instead, we prefer to use this budget for marketing our clients’ properties online and supporting a business conducting viewings 7 days a week”.
Miranda Bramall joins Norfolk Coastal bringing a new skillset to the team. For the last ten years, Miranda has worked for the Holkham Estate as a weddings and events planner and being Norfolk born and bred has considerable knowledge and understanding of Norfolk and its landscape.
Clients will be provided with enhanced online marketing, stand-out photography, cutting edge laser- scanned floor plans and 360° virtual tours while marketing their properties via the leading property platforms to include Rightmove, Zoopla, OnTheMarket and PrimeLocation.
To mark their launch, Norfolk Coastal will be offering their first five clients a remarkable 0% sales commission on the sale of their property (*terms and conditions apply).
While the business itself is new, Tim Day has over 20 years’ experience selling real estate in prime central London and most recently with Suffolk Coastal (http://www.suffolkcoastal.com) launched in 2018 which markets and sells high-end coastal homes from its base in Aldeburgh.

Tim Day is an estate agent with a track record of success, with over 20 years' experience of selling, letting and holiday letting residential property across prime central London. Tim started his career in 1996 with Berkeley International estate agents in Kensington and soon became a key member of the sales team which led to the business being acquired by Douglas & Gordon in 2004. During this time, he regularly appeared on television for his commentary on the London market (The Money Programme, Tonight with Trevor Macdonald, ITV London Tonight). In 2010 Tim launched Cutler & Bond estate agents which specialises in garden flats across prime Central London, and was chosen by SKY, as one of the three leading UK estate agents, to be part of their TV show 'Let me sell your house'. With the trend of holiday letting becoming prevalent in London in 2015, Tim launched Air Manage London, an Airbnb holiday letting management company which complemented his estate agency activities and in doing so became the first London agent to be able to provide clients with a full service offering: sales, long term letting & holiday letting. Having schooled in East Anglia (Felsted School) Tim always had strong connections with the Suffolk & Norfolk coast, and a natural progression of expansion followed for his holiday letting brand with Air Manage Suffolk launching in 2017 and soon after Suffolk Coastal estate agents in 2018 and Norfolk Coastal estate agents in 2021.
