About Us

Norfolk Coastal is an independent estate agent specialising in the sale of coastal properties in Cromer and surrounding villages. 

The founder and driving force behind the business is Tim Day, who enters the Norfolk market with over 20 years of experience selling real estate in prime central London, and most recently Suffolk Coastal estate agents launched in 2018.  
 
The ethos of Norfolk Coastal is simple; we are a small team providing a personal, hands-on and proactive estate agency service. We differ from other estate agents in that we are online and prefer to allocate budget to optimising the marketing of our clients’ properties.  
 
We market properties on the four largest property platforms:  Rightmove / Zoopla / OnTheMarket / PrimeLocation and in London on LonRes (the London estate agent property portal). On Rightmove, our client’s properties will always be listed as a ‘featured property’ meaning that it will be highlighted and appear on the top of search listings.
